Instructions for ordering Bristle test kits with professional pricing.

To order Bristle test kits with your discounted partner pricing, you must first have a Provider Account (see here for instructions to create a professional account).
When you log in to your Bristle account at app.bristlehealth.com, you should see a button to Order Kits.
Ordering Test Kits
- Enter a shipping address if you do not already have one stored or update the existing one if needed
- Select the number of sets of 10 test kits you would like to order (1 set comes with 10 patient testing kits)
- Select the button to order kits
- Provide credit card information for payment or use the credit card on file
- Complete checkout
Once your order is placed, you should receive your collection test kits within 3-5 business days.
Billing Overview
To reduce overhead, we make it easy for you to order your testing supplies at the lowest cost possible. You only pay for lab processing costs once you submit a sample for testing.
The lab processing cost is dependent on the number of samples you submit to our lab on a monthly basis.
Payment
The Collection Kit is paid for up-front at the time of order, and the Lab Cost is paid every month based on usage.
Bristle will automatically charge the credit card on file for Lab Costs at the end of each month based on the total number of samples submitted throughout the month.
Collection Kit Cost: $15/kit, minimum 10 kits per order.
Lab Cost: your cost per test will be determined based on the number of samples received on a monthly basis at Bristle's laboratory for processing:
For less than 20 samples/month: $105 per test
For 20-49 samples/month: $85 per test
For 50+ samples/month: $75 per test
* Lab Cost does not include initial charge of $15 per collection kit
Pricing Example
A purchase of 30 Collection Kits at the time of order costs $450 (30 x $15/kit).
If 10 samples are submitted to the lab in a given month, you will be billed an additional $1,050 (10 x $105/test) at the end of the month.
If 25 samples are submitted in a given month, you will be billed $2,125 (25 x $85/test).
Note for Canada Customers
You will be responsible for return shipping of saliva samples to Bristle's laboratory as we are currently unable to provide prepaid return labels for shipping back to the US.
